Our management team is led by the CEO and founder Elfrida Ghenghan Njolai. Elfrida is graduate in Agronomy and Environmental Sciences and is a trained community leader with extensive experience in organic farming methods and a human rights defender.

Elfrida and team have accumulated more than 40 years of direct one to one mentorship with rural communities as a community leader empowering women groups on self-sufficiency and entrepreneurial initiatives. Elfrida is a mother of 4 and a great advocate of a complete work life balance.

Our management team is the owner of our strategic direction and financial performance. They dedicate their time and effort in building a team that focuses on the value of quality, equality and responsibility in all what we do. They represent a diverse collection of experiences giving us the depth and breadth of leading successful efforts through the entire value chain.
