My passion for life is for humanity to live a happy, healthy and successful living. This write up is plain, simple and aim at achieving vigorous, strong, healthy, disease – free living with energy and happiness. It is easy, inexpensive, and uncomplicated with astonishing results. Nowadays, science has stitched together a chemistry experiment involving chemically fertilized food, chemically sprayed to kill insects, chemically preserved for shelf – life, chemically enhanced for flavor and colour. After the life and nutrition are completely processed out of our food, it is a chemically re-enriched with synthetic vitamins and inorganic minerals. After years of consuming these junk foods, our bodies react to all these chemicals by getting sick. We must be keepers and caretakers of our own bodies, which are the temples of the Holy Spirit whom God breathed into us. (Gal. 6:7b). “Do not be fooled”.
God cannot be deceived, you reap what you sow”. Hosea 4:6 says “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”. Lifestyle change is not just change in the food we eat, it involves every aspect of life spiritually, emotionally and physically. Including sunshine, fresh air, pure water, adequate rest (body does most of its healing when we sleep), exercise (most diseased cells, especially cancer cells cannot survive in an oxygenated environment), and a positive mental outlook while dealing with issues of anger, bitterness, hostility, and most importantly, a trusting loving relationship with God.
Healing always begins with God and being obedient to His natural laws. God created us with a miraculous built-in, self-healing mechanism known as the immune system. All we have to do is cooperate with the body and start nourishing it the way God designed it to be. Once the body has rebuilt the cells that comprise the immune system and essential organs, the body will always seek out the trouble area, whatever it might be. We ought to take as much care of our physical health of our spiritual well-being because it always belongs to God. We can pray as much as possible for physical healing but if we don’t take action (turnaround, repent) from the lifestyle habits that cause illnesses, we don’t notice any major change or healing. So we should come out of our ignorance(s) and live out the purposes of life, that God created us for. We need to be responsible caretakers of our own body
– we reap what we sow. I can almost guarantee you that the solution to the physical ills of the world will never come from top down, because there’s too much money and too much politics in sickness. If everybody became well, what would happen to the driving medical industry, insurance companies and drug companies? They exist because people are sick. God has given us a wonderfully self
– healing body. But unfortunately, many people choose to ignore this and put more trust in medications rather than in their own body’s ability to heal itself. The bottom line here is simple; everything put into your body is either cell building material or cell destroying material. Living material sustain life.
Hence a combination of physical activity, food variety and extensive social interaction is the most likely lifestyle profile to optimize health, as reflected in increased longevity and healthy ageing with pain or reduced pains.
